Stage 3 : MATERIAL

Stage 4 : CUTTING
> cut the material into specifications suitable for forging operations

Stage 5 : HEATING
> To facilitate efficient forging operations, the cut material is placed in a heating furnace and heated for a specific duration.
· Induction heating / Batch furnace -
Stage 6 : FORGING
> shape the material according to the created mold
· Rolling / Free forging

Stage 7 : HEAT TREATMENT
> heat the product to a specific temperature and cool it at a rate that enhances the desired properties or metal structure according to the customer's requirements
